A drug dealer is facing a lengthy prison sentence after police seized thousands of pounds worth of drugs and cash from a holiday park in St Leonard’s.
Aaron Aubrey, 31, from Hastings, was not at the caravan at Combe Haven Holiday Park when it was raided on the morning of Monday, 20 January following a tip off about suspicious activity.
However large quantities of cannabis, cocaine and hundreds of thousands of pounds of cash were seized, and after an investigation Aubrey was arrested and subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and cocaine, as well as being in the possession of criminal proceeds – namely the cash.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 22 January and pleaded guilty.
He has been remanded in custody until his next hearing on Wednesday, 19 February, at a court to be confirmed.
