A pub is on fire and people are being urged to avoid the area as the emergency services work at the scene.
The Sussex Yeoman, in Worthing, was ablaze with West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service sending four fire engines to the scene.
The pub is in Palatine Road, by the roundabout with the A2032 Littlehampton Road, in Goring.
The roundabout has been closed while firefighters work at the scene.
Traffic has built up in the area as the fire service urged drivers to avoid the area, with smoke also filling the air.
