A group of three people left a woman needing hospital treatment for facial injuries after attacking her close to a taxi rank in the early hours of the morning.
Sussex Police said today (Thursday 23 July): “Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted in the early hours of the morning.
“The victim, a 41-year-old local woman, was walking in Havelock Road, Hastings, at around 4am on Sunday 5 July when she was attacked by a group of three people.
“She attended hospital where she was treated for facial injuries.
“There were a number of people in the area – close to the taxi rank – when the incident occurred and we’re urging anyone who saw what happened or anyone who captured any relevant footage to contact us.
