A man had to have surgery to his face after being attacked in a bar in East Grinstead this month.
Police today launched an appeal for witnesses to the attack, which happened in the early hours of Sunday, February 2.
The victim was in The Bridge Bar when at between 12.30am and 1.30am, he was struck on the head causing significant facial injuries which required surgery and ongoing medical treatment.
Police are hoping to identify witnesses who saw what happened, or who may have footage to further assist police enquiries.
