A motorcyclist involved in a crash with a van near Worthing has died.
Joshua Southgate, 20, from Broadwater, was riding a blue Yamaha which collided with a white Ford Transit Connect on the A27 westbound at Clapham, at about 5.17pm on Monday (23 September).
He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he died yesterday (Wednesday 25 September).
The van driver – a 62-year-old man from Waterlooville in Hampshire – was uninjured.
A section of the road was closed for several hours to allow for recovery and forensic examination.
