Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries in a crash involving two cars and a van.
Sussex Police said this morning (Wednesday 17 July): “Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Heathfield.
“Officers were called to a report of a collision involving a Nissan X Trail, Vauxhall Vivaro and Ford Fusion in Little London Road shortly after 1pm on Wednesday 3 July.
“The driver of the Vauxhall, a 55-year-old man, from Bexhill, and passenger of the Vauxhall, an 18-year-old man, from Fairlight, suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospital.
“They have since been discharged.
“A 53-year-old man, from Mayfield, the driver of the Ford, suffered minor injuries.
“The driver of the Nissan, a 42-year-old woman, from Heathfield, was uninjured.
“Police are investigating the collision and are trying to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
“Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
