A crash has left a cyclist fighting for his life.
Sussex Police said: “Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist sustained life-threatening injuries in a collision on the A21 at Westfield, near Hastings.
“The incident involving a black Audi AQ occurred close to the junction with Westfield Lane shortly before 9am on Saturday 6 July.
“The cyclist – a local man in his 70s – has been taken to hospital by air ambulance; no other injuries were reported.
“Anyone who saw what happened or captured any relevant footage on dashcam is urged to email collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk quoting Operation Woodfield.”
