A 73-year-old man who was said to have been wearing a red mankind has been arrested on suspicion of indecently exposing himself.
Sussex Police said today (Monday 13 July): “We are appealing for witnesses and information after a report of indecent exposure in Aberdale Road, Polegate, on Friday 19 June.
“At around 2.20pm, a man described as wearing a t-shirt and red mankini was reportedly acting indecently outside an address in the street.
“A 73-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of exposure and has been bailed while an investigation is ongoing.
“Officers are encouraging anyone who witnessed the incident or who has relevant information such as doorbell, dashcam or mobile footage to report it to us.”
