Their two albums to-date have garnered critical acclaim, showcasing the band’s knack for crafting anthemic songs that are both rebellious and relatable. With their undeniable vibrancy and impressive talent, Catbite is a band on the rise that is sure to leave a lasting impression on fans of indie and punk music alike.
Catbite have recently dropped their ‘Doom Garden’ 6 song 12” EP on 9th May 2025 via Bad Time Records. The tracklisting reads: ‘Die In Denver’, ‘Tired Of Talk’ (Feat. Patrick Stump), ‘Put ‘Em Away’, ‘Eyes Wide’ (Feat. Zayna Youssef), ‘Deteriorate’ and ‘Remediate’ and there are some rather interesting variants, which you can check out HERE. You can listen to (or purchase if you wish) Catbite’s releases on their Bandcamp page which is found HERE.

Today (11th August) they have announced a 10 date UK & Ireland tour, which just so happens to open up here in Brighton on Tuesday 21st October, courtesy of Lout promotions. The venue of choice is the ever-popular Prince Albert. Tickets for this concert and the remaining 9 dates go on sale at 10am this Wednesday 13th August.

Support for the Prince Albert gig will come from Broadway Calls who are an Oregon trio that started out on Green Day’s imprint, Adeline Records, then moved to Side One Dummy..then a couple more labels that subsequently died…then won the music biz lottery and ended up on immortal Red Scare Industries in 2019. They have a minimalist approach and maximum sound, not unlike The Jesus and Mary Chain or Ramones. They’ve done the Warped Tour, played Tokyo with Taylor Swift and Jay Z (wish we were lying), toured the UK with Alkaline Trio, etc. These humble kids have been on magazine covers, heard on commercial radio, and the bass player even owns an actual bulldozer. Not bad for three BFFs from the woods of the Pacific Northwest.
