Two more teenage boys have been arrested by police investigating the murder of 16-year-old Josh Ingram.

The British Transport Police said:”Two more teenage boys have been charged as part of a British Transport Police (BTP) investigation into the murder of Joshua Ingram in Seaford.

“The boys – aged 15 and 16 – are due to appear at Brighton Youth Court on Tuesday 25 November and Thursday 11 December respectively, charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm (GBH).

“Both were arrested on the morning of Friday 19 September at addresses in Seaford and were later released on bail.

“Joshua’s family have been informed and specially trained officers are supporting them. We continue to ask that their privacy is respected.

“BTP and Sussex Police officers responded to reports of a stabbing at Seaford railway station at around 5pm on Wednesday 10 September.

“Paramedics also attended, and 16-year-old Joshua Ingram was found seriously injured. Despite their best efforts, he sadly died at the scene.

“A 16-year-old boy who was arrested a short time later appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Friday 12 September charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.

“He then appeared at Lewes Crown Court on Monday 15 September where he was remanded in custody until his next appearance at the same court on Monday 24 November.

“Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information that could help police should text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 405040 quoting reference 428 of 10 September.

“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
