A motorcyclist has died after a medical incident this morning (Tuesday 5 August).
It happened near the Tesco Express service station on the A283 Pulborough Road, Storrington.
Sussex Police said that the rider had been declared dead.
The force said: “His next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for HM Coroner.”
Police closed the A283 for several hours while the emergency services worked at the scene.
The road has since reopened.
