A 75-year-old pedestrian who was hit by a van has died, police announced today.
The man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries following the crash on the A27 Crockhurst Hill near the Offington roundabout on Friday, 6 December.
He died six days later on Thursday, 12 December.
The driver of the van, a Mercedes Vito, was uninjured.
Today, police appealed for anyone with information or dashcam footage of the crash, which happened at about 4.10pm, to come forward.
