A woman whose car hit a 77-year-old man, leaving him seriously injured, is being asked to come forward.
Police say the driver stopped after the crash in Henfield last Tuesday afternoon, but then left and has not been in contact with them since.
The crash happened shortly before 5pm in the High Street, near the junction with Nep Town Road.
Officers also want to speak with anyone in the area with relevant CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage.
