Brighton Electric Studios have announced that they are enormously excited to be hosting their second ‘Brighton Electric Presents’ night. This time around they will be welcoming punters into the live room of the revered Studio 1, for an intimate night of Jazz and Soul. This will be taking place from 7pm on Sunday 16th November and features the following trio of acts:

Hill Collective is a jazz ensemble based in Brighton. Led by saxophonist Pete Piskov, the group offers a fresh musical attitude, employing modern improvisation techniques and nuanced compositions – a soulful, avant-garde addition to the UK jazz landscape.
Sambambo is a sax-player and singer-songwriter whose bouncy joy for music is infectious. Threading through her performance is a deep love for jazz and Black American Music, and she’s not afraid to be vulnerable on and offstage, talking openly about living with bipolar disorder, existing alongside grief and love in the queer community.
Fari pronounced ‘Far-eee’ is a Brighton-based neo-soul artist who blends R&B and live looping to create her music. The artist, who is a multi-instrumentalist, has released singles like ‘Light’ and ‘In Knots’ and is known for her rich, soulful soundscapes.
